Men’s Health Week.
I’m taking strides to save men’s lives.
Prostate cancer is Australia’s most commonly diagnosed cancer. 1 in 5 men are likely to be diagnosed in their lifetime.
That’s why, this Men’s Health Week, I’m making every step count.
Will you donate today and help fund new research to detect and defeat prostate cancer?
My Updates

No bloke should have to go through prostate cancer
Wednesday 7th MayIt’s been a bit over 2 years since I was diagnosed with stage 4 prostate cancer which had spread to my pelvic bones and spine.
The first year after diagnosis was full on with radiation to the affected bones and 6 rounds of Chemo.
With good results from the early treatment, radiation to my prostate remains on hold.
Ongoing hormone therapy and supporting medication has kept my PSA level at an acceptable level. So you could say I’m undergoing a medicated active surveillance for the time being.
The side effects of hormone therapy are both physically and mentally challenging and I don’t want to see other blokes having to go through this.
