I'm one of 250,000+ survivors. I was diagnosed eight years ago and still fighting this disease, that’s why this Men’s Health Week, I’m making every step count.

WOW, what a team of champions, amazing effort for Tyrepower's Dollar Match Day!

Friday 13th Jun

From a very humbled team captain, thank you all for your incredible efforts yesterday.

We helped W4H get to $364,000 though getting PCFA Team 2025 up to $13,897 (and 2nd on the Leader board), anyone got $103 to make it a round $14K! Plus, our page is now up to $9,411, can't believe we're No1. on the leaderboard, Woo Hoo!. 

Don't worry, we'll smash that as well, with 2 1/2 days still to go including the weekend.

Wishing everyone a great weekend to finish your kilometres and do a final sprint on your fundraising to end W4H 2025 on a high.

My daughter Nicole has organised a W4H walk for family and friends in New Farm Park, Brisbane at 8,30am tomorrow, what will you be doing?

Monday 9th Jun

Hi everyone – your PCFA Team 2025 captain here. 

I hope you managed some training and you’re feeling fit, healthy and motivated to walk towards your target over the next seven days.

We’re grateful to have you walking with us this Walk For Him.

Overall, we are starting the week at $190,000 raised and over 11,000 kilometres behind us. Get together with your team and power on this week, enjoy!

WOW! only one week to go till W4H!

Monday 2nd Jun
We hope everyone is feeling fit, healthy, prepared and motivated to chase down their walking target from next Monday.
Set some time aside this week to prepare your strategy to reach out to your family, friends and networks so they have the opportunity to support your fabulous efforts for a great cause.
We are so grateful to have you on our team, and ultimately the PCFA Team 2025.
While it was the Gym on Saturday due to the rain here in SE Qld, Sunday was perfect for a walk along the esplanade sporting our new W4H T-shirts, thanks PCFA.

Monday 26th May
Ginger and I mixed it up this weekend with a swim to cool down after our walk. May be the last swim of the season here in Miami GC?

Tuesday 20th May
There's nothing nicer than walking the parks and streets of Melbourne. 
During our five-day visit, we managed to add 40 kilometres to our training tally.
We're almost ready to take on W4H, how's your training going?

Wednesday 14th May
Brigid and I will be in Victoria doing some Ks and arm twisting with family and friends over the next few days. My Birthday treat.

Ginger will be flying the flag for PCFA's W4H on the Gold Coast while we're away.

The weekend was a great time to get some training in.
