Men’s Health Week.
I’m making strides in the fight to save lives.
Prostate cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in Australia, with 1 in 5 men likely to be diagnosed in their lifetime. It’s something that can impact a friend, family member, mentor, work colleague — or even someone whose story you’ve simply heard and connected with along the way.
That’s why I’m supporting Walk for Him, a fundraising event for the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia (PCFA), helping fund life-saving research, awareness campaigns and support services for men and families impacted by prostate cancer.
If you’d like to support the cause, donations can be made here: Walk for Him fundraising page
The event takes place during Men’s Health Week 2026 (15–21 June), built around the question: “How far will you go for the men in your life?”
To help build awareness for prostate cancer, I’ve started the challenge early and set myself a target of walking 100km by the end of Men’s Health Week. I’ll be documenting the journey and each walk along the way via Strava over the next 4 weeks.
Thanks in advance for any support, donations or shares — it’s all appreciated
