Smashed out 27 kms yesterday, raising awareness and a bit of cash.
Wednesday 17th Jun Completed a 27 km walk/run along the Sunshine Coast yesterday. My main goal is to promote the importance of regular Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA) level checks and to encourage my mates to go get a blood test now, if they have let it slip.See link below for a snapshot of my walk:
