72 men a day are diagnosed - that’s 504 a week!
Prostate cancer is Australia’s most commonly diagnosed cancer. 1 in 5 men are likely to be diagnosed in their lifetime. 72 men a day are diagnosed in Australia - so I will walk 72 km and aim to raise $504 (the men diagnosed in a day and the amount is the number of men diagnosed in a week).
Mat was recently diagnosed with prostate cancer despite having no symptoms at all - it was picked up on a routine blood test. He has had major surgery and now we await the next stage of treatment.
